When you book with BLUR, we understand you're dedicating your time to us and that's important. Your time is just as important to us as it is to you, and we've reserved your appointment time just for you. In order to best serve you and our clients, we graciously thank you for respecting our time as well through our booking policies. A credit card will be required to book all services in order to secure your appointment time. Please note that by booking with us you are agreeing to our policies.
24 Hour Cancellations
We understand- life happens and things come up. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. You can call us directly during hours of business at 608-824-0842, or email us at email@example.com with your name, appointment date/time and phone number we can contact if you'd like to reschedule.
No Call / No Show / Late Arrival
If you fail to give us 24 hours notice before your scheduled appointment time that you need to cancel, do not show up to your appointment, or are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to charge you a cancellation fee. $100 for missed RN consults without treatment, $250 for all other appointments including a consult with treatment. Please let us know if you are going to be more than 15 minutes late and wish to keep your remaining appointment time as it may impact what services we are able to provide you that day.
